Follow in the footsteps of the Romantic poets – William and Dorothy Wordsworth and Samuel Taylor Coleridge – as they wander the Quantock Hills of Somerset, down to Watchet and along to Lynton and the Valley of the Rocks chatting, squabbling and inventing ‘Romantic poetry,’ and eavesdrop in on their conversations
This Arts Council funded project involved scripting conversations the RomPoets had, could have had and might have had and, using geo-located audio (interactive, spatialised audio which plays in Place, and only in the designated Place) embedding these conversations into the Places the RomPoets had those conversations, could’ve had those conversations, or might have had those conversations.
By downloading an app to your smartphone, You can go to those locations and eavesdrop in on the conversations
The RomLitScape has been mothballed for a while now, until I have time to restructure it, so it’s not currently available
